I am a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with CAHPI (Atlantic). Registered Home Inspector (RHI) – is the highest level of accreditation of home inspectors. RHIs have achieved the highest level of educational requirements as set by the Association and performed a predetermined number of paid inspections. They must also complete annual education updates in order to maintain this designation. ....
.... I am a member in good standing with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) .... I abide by ASHI and CAHPI's Standards of Practice as well as the National Certification's Code of Ethics .... I have completed the Home Inspection Program at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology with 'high honours' and was included on 'The President's List' .... I have completed the Wood Energy Technical Training (WETT) Code Compliance Course .... I have completed the Wood Energy Technical Training (WETT) Wood Burning Systems Course .... I am a qualified Level 1 Thermographer .... I have completed the Carson Dunlop Weldon Commercial Building Inspection Course .... I am a Wood Energy Technical Training (WETT) Certified Basic Visual Inspector .... I have completed the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Defect Recognition and Reporting course .... I meet all continuing education requirements for Associations of which I am a member |
