Additionally, members are inspecting to the CSA-A770 Home Inspection Standard and are adhering to the CAHPI Code of Ethics.

I am a Certified Inspector in good standing with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) .... I abide by ASHI Standards of Practice and the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors Standards as well as the National Certification's Code of Ethics .... I have completed the Home Inspection Program at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology with 'high honours' and was included on 'The President's List' .... I have completed the Wood Energy Technical Training (WETT) Code Compliance Course .... I have completed the Wood Energy Technical Training (WETT) Wood Burning Systems Course .... I am a qualified Level 1 Thermographer .... I have completed the Carson Dunlop Weldon Commercial Building Inspection Course .... I have completed the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Defect Recognition and Reporting course .... I meet all continuing education requirements for Associations of which I am a member

I have conducted inspections as far North as Labrador City, as far West as Port aux Basques, as far East as Clarenville, and as far South as Burgeo and many places in between. And that doesn't include my in-person practical and knowledge testing for my National Certificate which was completed in St. John's.
